Pocket is a software-as-a-service platform for AI-assisted development. Our service is operated from India and available to users worldwide at https://pocketide.com.

Account data: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign in (for example via Google or GitHub).

Usage data: projects, agent runs, compute usage, billing history, and settings you configure in the product.

Payment data: subscription plan, invoices, and transaction references. Card and UPI details are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay and, where applicable, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Technical data: device type, app version, IP address, and logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Pocket service
• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Provision compute sandboxes and run AI agents on your behalf
• Send service-related notices (billing, security, product updates)
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

We share data only as needed to run the service, including with:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, compute)
• Payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe)
• Authentication providers you choose at sign-in
• AI model providers when you use hosted models or bring your own API keys

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@pocketide.com.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated compute environments. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact support@pocketide.com to make a request. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
