Terms of Service

Pocket provides a cloud-based development environment with AI agents, compute sandboxes, and related tools (the “Service”), accessible at https://pocketide.com and through our mobile applications.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region. Agent time and compute are consumed according to your plan and usage. Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (including Razorpay for India and international card payments where enabled). Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass security, quotas, or billing
• Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated bulk compute without permission
• Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of code and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your projects.

The Service integrates with third-party tools, model APIs, and repositories you connect. Your use of those services is governed by their separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and testing code before production use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may modify these terms or the Service with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
