Pocket provides cloud software: AI development agents, compute sandboxes, and related digital tools. All products are delivered electronically. No physical items are sold or shipped.
After successful payment, your subscription or credits are activated on your Pocket account automatically. You can access the Service immediately via:
Instant: Plan upgrades, renewals, and top-ups typically apply within seconds of payment confirmation.
Delayed activation: In rare cases (payment verification, webhook delay, or account issues), activation may take up to 24 hours. If access is not granted within 24 hours of payment, contact support@pocketide.com with your payment receipt.
There are no shipping or delivery fees. All charges relate to the digital subscription or usage credits shown at checkout.
Pocket is available to customers worldwide. Digital delivery is the same regardless of country. Local taxes or currency conversion may apply as shown at payment.
